GIM receives award for customer journey & touchpoint analyses

The Cologne-based portal for market and social research, marktforschung.de, in cooperation with the industry trade fair succeet, now honors the best providers in the insights industry every year following a meticulous pre-selection process.
The corresponding awards, the TOCiis (top of class insights industry), are presented in various categories - from industry expertise to research methods and specialties. This year, GIM won in the Costumer Journey & Touchpoint Analysis category.
