The relevance of digital offerings and services in the healthcare sector is increasing, even if they have not yet reached their full medical and technological potential. The reasons are diverse and multidimensional, also against the backdrop of the complex German healthcare market, and we asked:

What motivates people to use digital healthcare products? How satisfied are they with them and what challenges do they face when using them? The aim was also to outline relevant success factors for the use of digital healthcare products and to create a usage typology.
